Samurai Goroh #5 is Samurai Goroh's fifth and final mission of the story in F-Zero: GP Legend. The mission takes place in Silence.

Story

Samurai Goroh arrives on Silence and enters the Grand Prix. Once there, he looks for Antonio Guster, who approaches Goroh on his own. Antonio admits to poisoning Goroh and tells him that he will take Goroh's place after he beats him in the race.

After the race, Antonio rages about not being able to beat Goroh before handing over the antidote. Antonio claims he will not let up on challenging Goroh until his revenge is met, then Black Shadow shows up. Goroh tries to talk Antonio out of leaving with Black Shadow to no avail. Goroh then leaves to return to Lisa Brilliant.

Mission

Course map

The mission takes place on Silence: Honeycomb Rink. It is a standard five-lap race with eighteen participants, with Goroh starting in fourth. The mission's objective is to beat Antonio Guster to the finish line. The placement of the racers does not matter, though Antonio will try to maintain a first place position.

Dialogue

Prologue

Announcer: "Grand Prix time!"

Announcer: "Blademaster Samurai Goroh is here!"

Announcer: "Will he slice up the competition?"

Samurai Goroh: "Hmm... I gotta find him!"

Unknown: "...Not necessary!"

Antonio Guster: "Ho ho ho... Goroh! It's been a while, huh!"

Samurai Goroh: "Guster, you scum!"

Antonio Guster: "Didn't take you long to figure out that I poisoned you, huh?"

Samurai Goroh: "Yeah, considering we've feuded for years and years..."

Samurai Goroh: "I've got a lot of enemies, but you top the list!"

Samurai Goroh: "It took a little work to find you..."

Antonio Guster: "Ha! Whatever. This is getting old."

Antonio Guster: "We both know it must end here!"

Antonio Guster: "I'll just win and take your place..."

Antonio Guster: "...as the galaxy's foremost pirate!"

Samurai Goroh: "You're hooked up with that psycho."

Samurai Goroh: "Oh, well. I should go see what Lisa's deal is..."

Samurai Goroh returned to his old lifestyle. He and his mates continue their pirating ways...
