FZFW:Rose
Rose was a female New York police officer from Ryu Suzaku's time (2051), and was a friend of both Ryu and Misaki Haruka.[1]
Appearance
Rose is a blonde woman with green eyes. Her hair is combed back with few strands out in the front, and reaches up to the back of her neck. Her eyebrows are thicker than most of the women in the Anime Universe. She wears red lipstick and has a mole located on the right side of her face, just above her chin.
History
Rose was a friend of both Ryu and Misaki Haruka in the past, and had even introduced Haruka to Ryu.[1] This introduction led to Haruka and Ryu to grow closer and eventually blossomed into a romantic relationship between the pair.[1]
After Ryu's accident and coldsleep operation following a chase with Zoda, Rose warned Haruka not to do anything drastic, knowing Haruka was stricken with grief after losing her beloved.[1] Despite Rose's reassurance that she and the rest of the New York police would eventually nab Zoda and bring him to justice, Haruka went out of her way to ignore her friend's warnings and pursued Zoda out of revenge.[1]
At the East Bank, Haruka confronted Zoda but the two were literally frozen before she could fire her gun.[1] When Rose arrived at the scene, Zoda had already been taken to the freezing facility, but was unaware of Haruka's whereabouts.[1]
Rose did, at some point, make her way to Haruka's residence to tell her of the good news regarding Zoda's capture.[1] To Rose's confusion, Haruka was not there.[1] After being told by another woman in the residence that Haruka did not return the previous day, Rose set her eyes upon the diary and envelope on the table, which contained Haruka's final message of "I want to defeat Ryu's enemy."[1]
Assuming the events of the past all occurred in 2051, it would not be revealed until 151 years later (because the year is 2202 as of Lap 16 officially, though it was assumed as early as Lap 13. It's not 2201 anymore, especially by Lap 36 in which Rose makes her only appearance), that Rose held onto Haruka's diary, hoping it would somehow reach Ryu after he awoke from coldsleep.[1]

Trivia
- Haruka's diary was originally found within Alias' attic when Clank Hughes came over to his house during Lap 36, forming the possibility that Alias is a descendant of Rose.[1] Even 'Bart Lemming' suggests this is a possibility, saying "The female officer named Rose might be Alias' distant relative."[1]
- It is not known what Rose's rank or last name is.
