Addition to standards

I'm thinking of adding "the image must be transparent" or something similar. Should we limit it to transparent image/images without a white or black background? (Unless the image needs to have a white or black background, or course). --Starphoria ^(C·E) 04:03, 25 March 2012 (UTC)
